Hazelwolf partners with trusted delivery services including Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and DHL for secure and efficient order delivery within India.
Delivery Timelines
Delivery times vary based on your location. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Gujarat, India. Estimated delivery times will be provided upon order confirmation. Please note external factors such as natural disasters may impact delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment's status.
Delivery to Unserviceable Locations
If we are unable to deliver to your address due to remoteness or service limitations, we will promptly notify you and initiate a refund as per our refund policy.
Incomplete or Incorrect Information
It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery details. Hazelwolf is not liable for delays or non-delivery arising from incorrect or incomplete information.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners attempt delivery up to three times. If unsuccessful, the shipment will be returned to our facilities. Re-dispatching may incur additional shipping charges.
